We are looking for an applicant who can be responsible for staying alert to pick up on clues from the member in order to make recommendations or referrals of Credit Union products and services.
Required skills:
Provide high quality member service by meeting the needs of members in an efficient and friendly manner while both servicing transactions and handling needs assessment and new account opening.
Provide professional member service in paying and receiving teller transactions by processing and balancing specific transactions Excellent sales skills both in person and via telephone Previous knowledge of banking, teller functions, and/or retail sales operations preferred Good interpersonal and team building skills Must be able to meet attendance and punctuality standards Desired skills:
